Sayiss grew up in a male atmosphere, her mothers death was caused by her own birth.  Her eldest brother Drax constantly made it hard for her when she was growing up, always accusing her of their mothers death.

Sayiss was born with the power to cast magic.  Magic casters are rare amongst her race, they were wiped out for a reason, but slowly they creep back from the soul pact the race formed over seven thousand years ago.

Weilding a scythe as her own protection, Sayiss walked away from her race.  No blood has been spilt to her name and she plans on keeping it that way, she causes constant trouble amongst the humans and other races, they have never seen anything like her before, let alone heard of her race.

Only recently has word that her race exists outside of legends been spread, she see the prophecies through the stars, she is able to read lives through water and she can determine a foes next move from the air itself.  She considers this a bad omen on her part but those around her consider it good.
